Dr. Roslynn Almas has progressive experience in leading complex strategic initiatives supporting C-suite executives in Fortune 100 companies and international organizations. Roslynn has over 15 years of consulting and coaching expertise in the areas of Human Resources and Leadership Development. Integrating her professional and educational expertise she has leveraged conflict management principles, adult learning theory, and leadership development strategies to address the current gaps in organizations and among leadership.

Some of her areas of expertise and impact are in directing a diverse workforce, organizational development, conflict management, and leadership development and training. Roslynn has consulted with senior HR leaders such as American Airlines, Blue Cross Blue Shield, GameStop, and the United Nations.

Along with her experience her educational background includes having a Masters in Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University.  Her research has centered on the areas of conflict management within organizations and problem-solving frameworks that empower individuals to deal with conflict.  

Additionally, her thought leadership and expertise has led her to serve on several committees for Mediators Beyond Borders International. Furthermore, she spoken at the International Online Dispute Resolution Forum in Prague, presented on Cyber Ethics to the Association for Conflict Resolution, and shared her research on Informal Learning and Leadership Effectiveness at the International Organization of Social Sciences and Behavioral Research Conference.
